Our purpose

To build relationships for life, recruiting fanatically passionate employees, delivering on what we say we will to our clients while at the same time maintaining an entrepreneurial culture. We challenge the conventional wisdom of PR and consider ourselves to be part of the renaissance that is putting “public” back into public relations.

Our business

We are in the business of doing three things: applying communications theory; having great relationships with people we want to work with and whose causes and goals we believe in; and taking care of our people while doing it. And, if we are successful, in 10 years we want to have the reputation of being the best in Canada at what we do. That's our vision, and here's how we play: with teamwork, responsibility, accountability, quality in our work, quality in our lives.

Our beliefs

The following guiding principles will allow us to measure the appropriateness of our decisions:

A will to succeed
A passion for our clients
Integrity, openness and honesty
Respect for our people
Sustainability in our actions
Judge us by our conduct.
